Compensation:$50,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:Led by a top Director of Sales and Coach, Fast Real Estate is a top-performing real estate group focused on agent development, high production, and long-term growth. We bring extensive leadership experience and have helped scale the team from just 10 agents to nearly 300 across Northern California.
Our coaching style blends structure, accountability, and personal development, empowering agents to reach their full potential. Team members benefit from hands-on mentorship, proven systems, and access to lead generation tools within a culture that values innovation and collaboration.
