The Position:

Our client is seeking a visionary and dynamic CEO to lead the company through its next phase of growth and innovation. As CEO, you will drive the strategic direction, build and maintain high-level partnerships, and spearhead the companys mission to deliver cutting-edge software solutions to business leaders. This role demands a leader who is equally comfortable with high-level strategy and hands-on execution, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the overall strategic vision for the Client, ensuring alignment with our mission to support small business leaders through innovative software solutions.
  • Business Development: Lead efforts to build and nurture relationships with existing clients while aggressively pursuing new opportunities. Cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee all company operations, ensuring efficient, quality-driven, and cost-effective management of resources. Focus on scalability and operational excellence as the company expands.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth. Attract, retain, and develop top talent across all functions of the company.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the continued evolution of the Client's suite, staying ahead of market trends and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success as a CEO, entrepreneur, or equivalent leadership role in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong experience in business development, sales, and revenue growth, with a deep understanding of how to scale a business.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, with demonstrable success in leading a company through periods of growth and change.
  • Ability to lead with a hands-on approach, with experience in both day-to-day operations and high-level decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients, partners, and teams effectively.
  • A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the software/SaaS industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA preferred.
