The Community Manager manages the property through strong outreach to tenants and maintenance teams. The Community Manager will coordinate with the team to ensure the recertifications for tenants are completed on time. The Community Manager will also manage and coordinate maintenance requests, collect rents, address escalated tenant issues, and manage the safety of the property and tenants.
