Youll assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements while ensuring outstanding service and personalized attention.Training and support are provided to help you succeed in this rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgetsResearch travel options, including accommodations, cruises, tours, and packagesPrepare and present customized travel proposals and itinerariesManage travel reservations and ensure accuracy of booking detailsProvide timely, professional communication and follow-up with clientsStay current on travel trends, destinations, and preferred supplier offeringsParticipate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
Requirements: Strong interest in travel and delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of working independentlyComfortable with using online tools and technology for research and bookingReliable internet connection and basic computer proficiencyPrevious experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required
