Essential Duties: - Input data into Label Traxx database systems
- Type in customer-provided data
- Verify data accuracy
- Retrieve data as needed
- Organize paperwork and maintain filing system
- Perform other tasks as required
Qualifications: - Proven data entry experience
- Fast typing skills, preferably with touch typing knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic databases
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands: - Regular talking and hearing
- Frequent use of hands and fingers
- Occasional standing, walking, sitting, and reaching
- Occasional lifting/moving up to 25 pounds
- Close and distance vision required
