DillBill – Company Overview DillBill was founded in 2020 by a group of language learners. It’s an innovative Online English School for developing English-speaking skills – all led by certified, native-speaking teachers. Individuals develop their skills and increase their self-esteem via video chats in groups of up to max. 4 people by choosing the right time and subject. DillBill’s tutors are mainly native speakers from the USA, UK, Canada, and etc. Our goal is to take our students from learning a language to living a language. Teachers and students from all over the world come together to teach and learn about real-life topics in live, face-to-face virtual classrooms. Students will have plenty of time to practise speaking and get real-time personalised feedback, all from the comfort of home. Position – Online English Teacher DillBill, an online English language platform, is advertising a ‘Teacher’ vacancy for ‘Conversation Club’ classes. The teacher will provide high-quality, engaging English lessons for adult students whose native language is not English. You must plan and prepare high-quality and engaging lessons as well as instruct assigned classes at the times designated. Job Description Pay rate: $14-20 per hour (dependent on experience) Class size: small groups by levels up to 4 people Class schedule: Monday through Saturday – flexible Class length: 60 minutes Reports to: HR Manager Job Requirements Degree and TEFL (or equivalent) preferred Must have a deep understanding of English language requirements Must have advanced fluency Must have a minimum of 2 years online teaching experience Must have a fast internet connection and a laptop Ability and experience working with adult learners Must be able to work at least 30 hours per month *Note: TEFL courses are available.
