SAIC is seeking an Engineer Team Manager to support multiple projects within the Undersea Warfare and Support team in Middletown, RI .
\nThe Engineering Team Manager will be responsible for providing overall technical support, as well as ensuring that the engineering team meets the needs of the programs and projects they support. Additional responsibilities include supporting program management by monitoring program performance, mentoring and serving as a technical resource for SAIC engineering team, and creating, improving, and championing mission engineering practices. This position will be involved with program schedule and budget planning to ensure compliance with SAIC earned value management processes, support training of SAIC team, and ensure that system requirements are being met.
