Job Description
As a top environmental law firm located in New Jersey, we are seeking a 2-5 year associate attorney to join our team. Our attorneys counsel on diverse environmental concerns including environmental litigation, environmental regulatory compliance, remediation, and redevelopment of contaminated properties. Candidates should possess strengths in litigating environmental matters. An interest in greenwashing/consumer fraud is beneficial, as we are advancing this practice area.
The Position
Full-Time Attorney with Flexible/Remote Hybrid Schedule
Qualifications
· JD from an accredited law school
· Strong communication, writing, and research skills
· Admitted to practice in NJ
Responsibilities
· Represent clients in a wide range of environmental and litigation claims
· Work closely with other team members on legal projects
· Regularly handle client relations
