Your Superpowers Professional client management Skills for curating and managing Facebook ads Requirements 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role 5+ years of experience with Facebook Ads Professional understanding of SEO Strong understanding of ads optimization and A/B testing Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in customer and employee interactions across fast-paced and high-pressure environments Ability to handle frequent interruptions, change priorities, and remain flexible Expert-level management skills Professional level fluency in English Strong analytical and decision-making skills Access to an uninterrupted, quiet workspace with a comfortable setup Camera on during all conference calls Minimum 40 Mbps stable internet connection UPS or generator backup and willingness to learn how to solve issues Rubik’s cube in under 5 minutes Day-to-day Responsibilities Curate and manage Facebook ad strategies for agency clients Client communication with expectation management Work closely with Ad specialists and creatives to set up campaigns Perform ad budget optimization in collaboration with ad specialists Pitch new products and propose budget increases to agency clients Upsell marketing services to clients Bonus You have watched every episode of the sitcom “f.r.i.e.n.d.s.” You enjoy at least two of these TV sitcoms: Suits, How I Met Your Mother, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, and The Black List You can speak and think in English Where will you work? It’s a remote job from your home office. What are your work hours? Guidance: 40-50 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM–12:30 AM IST.
