We're a small but growing family-owned marketing agency based in Nashville, TN looking for a digital marketing specialist & account manager with 3+ years of in-depth, hands on experience managing and building Google Ads, Facebook Ads & SEO, hands-on at a near expert level. This position is remote, full-time, and includes health insurance benefits. Our clients are primarily med spas & dermatology practices throughout the United States. I (Ricky) am a trade marketer and love the blending of art and science that effective marketing requires. For this position, we're looking for someone with detailed, hands-on experience running and managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO. Equally important, you need to be a GREAT communicator and fast learner. Experience with GoHighLevel or marketing CRM is a bonus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Guiding strategy for clients
• Account management & strategy calls with clients
• Managing task lists
• Managing Facebook Ads strategy and implementation, hands-on
• Managing Google Ads strategy and implementation, hands-on
• Guiding SEO support team
• Managing our backend system (GoHighLevel) for clients

Qualifications:

• Experience required, college degree NOT
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be able to work well with team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills are a must
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through
• Problem-solving & critical thinking
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and SEO required
• Knowledge-seeker
