About the Role Fairfield Property Management is seeking an experienced, motivated
Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee three communities in Shreveport, Louisiana totaling 85 units Uneeda Biscuits Lofts, Audrey Park, and Meridian Court. All sites are within 6 miles of each other. This position offers the opportunity to manage a mix of conventional and affordable housing programs, lead a dedicated onsite team, and make a meaningful impact in providing quality housing for residents across multiple communities.
What Youll Do - Lead day-to-day operations for three sites, ensuring each property meets company and compliance standards.
- Supervise and support onsite maintenance staff.
- Manage budgets, approve invoices, and oversee rent collection and occupancy goals.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, curb appeal, and readiness for audits or agency reviews.
- Build strong relationships with residents, community partners, and housing agencies.
- Complete certifications, recertifications, and renewals accurately and timely.
- Execute monthly EIV reporting and reconcile EIV discrepancies to ensure household income accuracy and compliance with HUD and LIHTC program requirements.
- Maintain audit-ready files at all times.
- Work closely with the Director of Compliance and Regional Manager to prepare for state and HUD reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and program requirements including:
- Audrey & Meridian: Section 42 LIHTC and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV).
- Uneeda Biscuits Lofts: Mix of Conventional, HOME, LIHTC, Section 811, and limited Project-Based Voucher (PBV) units.
What Were Looking For - 3+ years of affordable housing property management experience
- Experience with Section 42 (LIHTC) preferred
- Experience with conventional housing , mixed-income or layered-funding properties is a plus (Uneeda Biscuits Lofts is approximately 50% conventional)
- Familiarity with Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV), HOME, and Section 811 programs is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with ResMan or similar property management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or industry certifications (HCCP, TCS, COS, SHCM) preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites regularly
