The Embassy Suites San Diego La Jolla is looking for an On Call Night Auditor to join their team! The Embassy Suites La Jolla is just a mile from the University of California, San Diego, with the Westfield UTC mall just across the way. Attractions such as the Beaches at La Jolla and Torrey Pines and Petco Park are all within about 20 minutes of the property. With 340 guest rooms and 4,315 sq. ft total event space. A Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• Hospitable and Friendly demeanor
• Previous Hotel/Night Audit experience preferred
• Must be able to work independently, manage overnight shifts, and deliver excellent customer service.

Classification: On Call

Hourly Range: $20-$22

What will I be doing?

As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
• Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance

Pay Rate $20 - $22 DOE
