Blazerjobs is looking for a special education cooperative serving Chicago Heights, IL, is searching for a dynamic Adapted Physical Education (APE) Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year (24-25).

Make a difference through movement:

• Develop and deliver engaging physical education programs for students in Pre-K through 5th grade at our Early Learning Center.
• Adapt instruction to meet the individual needs and abilities of students with disabilities.
• Promote healthy habits and a love of movement in a fun and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support students' overall development.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Adapted Physical Education (APE) Teacher license
• Valid PEL (Professional Educator License) endorsement (to be submitted with application) - verification link included:
• Experience working with young children (Pre-K to 5th grade) is preferred
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for physical education
