Flexographic Press Operator

Position – Flexographic Press Operator
Job Location – De Pere, WI
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – Days (6am-6pm) or Nights (6pm-6am) on 2-2-3 Schedule
Starting Pay – $20 - $22 based on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Must have at least 2 years Flexographic Printing Press operating experience
As a Printing Press operator you will setup, operate, or tend flexographic printing presses in converting, sawing, banding, wrapping, stitching, forming, or sealing products while assisting and coordinating with all support areas to produce products efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
-Set up and take down of Flexographic printing presses
-Learn and perform preventative maintenance on machines
-Observe operations of various machines to detect and make corrections
-Set, Adjust, assembly, control, test, and operate all machinery as needed
-Communicate with team and supervisors
-Clean and maintain cleanliness in all work areas
-Learn and operate forklift as needed
-Complete paperwork and logs legibly
Qualifications
-Must have 3+ years experience on Flexographic Printing Press
-Strong basic math skills
-Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus
-Able to stand for 8 hours day
-Able to lift 50 lbs
