POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and field execution teams, overseeing all aspects of transformer service projects. These projects include the assembly, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of transformer systems.
This role leads the full project lifecyclefrom planning and budgeting to execution, risk management, strategic decision-making, and post-project analysis. The Project Manager III works closely with the Commercial Operations Manager on contract reviews and high-level financial planning, while also mentoring other project managers to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
This role drives operational performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by ensuring alignment between project delivery and organizational goals.
