Property Management Specialist
We are hiring a Property Management Specialist to help manage our short-term rental properties. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with experience working with vacation rental properties (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, etc) and/or someone that is interested in a career in real estate. As our business expands, so will the hours that this position can be funded for.
Responsibilities include:
Availability to communicate with guests and homeowners at various times of day/night
Great communication skills is a must!
Help to grow and lead our Triad, NC presence with special focus on High Point Furniture Market.
Organizing a database of past guests to keep them engaged through email and other forms of communication.
Building positive relationships with prospective and current guests.
Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests.
Managing cleaning schedules of various homes.
Assisting Property Manager with various administrative tasks.
Order supplies for homes.
Requirements and skills
Great communication skills and a Customer focused mentality is a must.
Candidate must live in the Triad (Greensboro, High Point, or Winston-Salem) or surrounding area.
Experience with Airbnb and VRBO as a guest or a host is important.
Preferably the candidate will have experience with Hostaway or similar property management software.
Proficiency with photography and editing/creating documents.
Ability to use AI to write picture captions and property descriptions would be helpful.
Proven work experience as an Assistant Property Manager OR similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Pay ranges from $20/hour to $25/hour based on experience. As this position starts, we have budgeted for 10 hours ($200-$250) a week with room for growth as our business expands.
