What You'll Be Doing: This internship emphasizes lead generation, cold calling, and sourcing off-market deals. Youll be working with real estate professionals who close 100+ deals annually and learning how to spot, pitch, and analyze the right opportunities.
You Will Learn How To: - Cold call and text property owners with proven systems
- Identify motivated sellers and navigate objections
- Use comps and market data to underwrite single- and multi-family properties
- Analyze deals for rentals, flips, and BRRRR strategies
- Sit in on live project walkthroughs and negotiations
- Support acquisitions, listings, and closing processes
