We're searching for a driven and full-time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team and make a real impact. As a key player in the growth of our company, you'll cultivate relationships with sellers, buyers, tenants, title companies, attorneys, and all other stakeholders involved in getting deals across the finish line. $36,000 base salary per year with potential commission earnings to exceed a total compensation of $50,000 a year.

Responsibilities

•Maintain communication with all parties involved, effectively. This includes but is not limited to Sellers, Buyers, Attorneys, Title Companies, Tenants, Villages, Lenders, etc.
•Clear Property titles in preparation for sale by reaching out to lien holders and retrieving payoffs or requesting settlement amounts. This does include negotiating lien amounts to increase profitability.
•Review and amend HUD-1 Settlement Statements and other closing documents as required for accuracy and completeness.
•Schedule and coordinate real estate closings with all parties involved.
•Coordinate with lenders to ensure that all lending requirements are met prior to closing.
•Fulfill Municipality requirements as per the City/ Village for Closings.
•Provide real time updates to all internal team members about where the property is in the closing process.
•Diligently organizing all files and supporting documents for all real estate transactions both on and offline.

Qualifications

•At least 1 year of experience in the title industry (preferred, not required).
•Strong knowledge of title company functions, lien searches, and real estate closing processes.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing closing documents.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Property Pals USA
