Location: West A technology-driven automation solutions provider specializing in helping businesses streamline operations through intelligent process automation. The company partners with clients across various industries to design, develop, and implement scalable robotic process automation (RPA) systems that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and drive digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using the Laiye RPA platform . Manage the entire project lifecycle , including process analysis, documentation (PDD/SDD), development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production handover. Collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into efficient automation solutions. Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing bots to ensure seamless performance and reliability. Apply RPA best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and high-performing . Requirements 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end RPA project delivery. Experience with the Laiye RPA platform is a plus, but not mandatory — onboarding support and training will be provided. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, solution design patterns, and project methodologies . Proficiency in Python and/or VB.Net for scripting and automation logic. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Laiye RPA Developer Certification would be advantageous. Willing to work fully on-site in Jurong and open to contract-based employment . Must be able to start immediately or within a short notice period .
