Sales Associate – Xclusive Wheels & Tires

Xclusive Wheels & Tires is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with selecting wheels, tires, and related services while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with wheels, tires, and automotive accessories
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions about pricing, promotions, and product features
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service for customers
• Manage inventory awareness and notify management of low stock
• Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of wheels and tires (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
