Job Description

Iris's direct client one of the biggest brokerages is looking to hire a Scrum Master. This role will be on Iriss W2. It can be structured as a Full Time Position with Iris.

Location: Austin/Dallas, TX

Hybrid: 3 days office , 2 days work from home

Job Description

Proven experience as a scrum master (managing medium-to-large scale initiatives) in a dependent multi-agile team environment, using influence to facilitate outcomes, including practical experience facilitating all key Agile ceremonies and practices
Good with complex dependencies- multiple other projects have an impact on this projects solution and timelines, and will need to be tracked
Comfortable working with agile teams- project team is completely Agile working in scrum- 2 weeks sprints- so need someone experienced as a Seasoned Scrum Master
Not somebody who just runs scrum meetings. Have to be very hands on with identifying issues between Dev, QA and release. This role will cover multiple projects across multiple teams.
Must have Banking / Financial Services experience.
