Our Client is a privately owned CRE investment, management, and development firm specializing in office, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse projects.
Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to take the lead for their organization in the Minneapolis market and oversee approximately 500k SQFT of class A office and mixed-use assets.
There is a solid support team in place (TSC, APM, Engineers) and this Senior Real Estate Manager will report into the Director of Asset Management.
