Our client is seeking a UX / UI Designer to join the team and bring their product vision to life. In this role, you will refine existing designs, create high-fidelity artifacts and interactive prototypes in Figma, and ensure alignment across stakeholders including executives, development teams, and other groups within the program. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, solid prototyping skills, and can effectively communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. The goal is to develop a user-centric experience that is intuitive and visually compelling, enabling seamless navigation, data access, and collaboration across services. Key Responsibilities Design & Prototype: Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma. Executive Collaboration: Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from executives. Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and SMEs to ensure cohesive design and gather feedback. Style Guide Maintenance: Manage and update the design system, including colors, typography, iconography, and components. Demo & Visual Presentations: Build interactive demos and visual materials for presentations. Development Handoff: Provide assets, specifications, and guidance for implementation. User Research & Feedback: Conduct or assist with usability testing to validate designs. Accessibility Oversight: Ensure WCAG compliance and inclusive design standards. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and improve workflows. Skills Required Figma Expertise: Proficiency with components, design systems, and prototypes. Design Principles: Knowledge of responsive design, color theory, typography, and layout. Collaboration: Effective communication with cross-functional teams in agile environments. Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Portfolio: Demonstrated user-centric design workflows and prototypes. Skills Preferred Frontend familiarity with HTML/CSS for developer handoff. User Testing: Experience with usability testing and data analysis. Visual Storytelling: Ability to create clear visual artifacts for presentations. Project & Stakeholder Management skills. Experience & Education Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of web/mobile projects. Design System & Brand Management: Experience creating or scaling design systems.
