Position Overview:

At BP Plumbing, our Service Plumber / Plumbing Installer Hybrid role is responsible for delivering Legendary Service to both new and existing clients. You’ll take projects handed off by our service team and bring them to life with precision, craftsmanship, and professionalism. This role combines technical expertise with a customer-first mindset, ensuring that every client receives solutions tailored to their needs, executed with professionalism, and delivered with the highest standards of craftsmanship.

As a Service Plumber / Plumbing Installer Hybrid, you’ll work closely with other Service Plumbers, Plumbing Installers and Plumbing Apprentices to ensure jobs are executed seamlessly. Clear communication, attention to detail, and pride in your craft are key. By delivering excellent results, you’ll earn client trust, referrals, and 5-star reviews — and you’ll be part of a team committed to being the best in the industry.

This position is ideal for a licensed plumber—or an experienced technician actively working toward licensure—who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is committed to excellence in service, safety, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

· Licensed plumber OR a rockstar tech working toward your license.

· Solid plumbing experience in residential and/or light commercial.

· Strong problem-solver who can figure things out on the fly.

· Clear communicator who builds trust with clients and teammates.

· Organized, detailed, and serious about safety and quality.

· Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (lifting, crawling, working in various weather conditions).

· A team player who loves the hustle of service work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver legendary plumbing service with top-tier craftsmanship.

· Diagnose, explain, and fix plumbing issues with precision.

· Educate clients on the best options — not just the fastest or cheapest.

· Work hand-in-hand with our install crew so jobs run smooth.

· Lead installs of plumbing systems, fixtures, and upgrades with top-tier craftsmanship.

· Take over projects from service techs and deliver seamless, clean, done-right results.

· Read plans, specs, and clearly explain to customers what’s happening.

· Mentor apprentices and help build the strongest plumbing crew in the industry.

· Leave homes better than you found them — spotless and dialed-in.

· Make clients so impressed they leave 5-star reviews and tell their neighbors.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Plumbing License a plus.
