Key Responsibilities
Design Teradata architecture for large-scale banking and regulatory platforms
Lead on-prem to cloud and legacy-to-modern Teradata migrations
Define data distribution, partitioning, workload management (TASM), and performance strategies
Execute and validate ETL/ELT migration processes using Teradata utilities (BTEQ, TPump, FastLoad/FastExport)
Perform Teradata upgrades, schema migrations, and database refreshes with minimal downtime
Optimize SQL, physical models, indexes, and system performance
Oversee production stability, monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery
