CONTRACTOR

We are seeking talented local videographers, photographers, licensed drone pilots, and video editors to collaborate with our marketing team in creating unique content focused on Polynesian cultures.

Responsibilities:

Videographer

• • Operates digital cinema cameras, and associated gear, to capture beautiful imagery that tells effective and engaging stories in the PCC brand?s style.
  • Operates professional audio equipment to capture clear and high-quality in-camera sound.
  • Coordinates all aspects of project with Director and Producer prior to shoot days.
  • May work independently or with a team, depending on the project.

Photographer

• • Operates digital photo cameras to capture vibrant, active, beautiful images that tell effective and engaging stories.
  • Edits photos to reflect the PCC style.
  • Coordinates all aspects of projects with Producer prior to shoot days.
  • May work independently or with a team, depending on the project.

Licensed Drone Pilot

• • Operates prosumer and professional drones to capture exciting aerial videos of PCC.
  • Coordinates all aspects of project with Director and Producer prior to shoot days.
  • May work independently or with a team, depending on the project.

Video Editor

• • Edits top-quality videos, of varying lengths, about traditional Polynesian crafts and cultural activities.
  • Coordinates edits with Director and Producer throughout editing process.
  • Delivers edits on time and in the formats required.

Requirements

List of Skills and Qualifications

• Must demonstrate expertise in the use of professional video, photo, audio, aerial, or post-production equipment.
• Must demonstrate expertise in the use of professional video and photo editing software.
• Must submit a demo reel or portfolio for review.
• Must submit proof of FAA drone certification for commercial operation (drone pilots only).
• Must be fluent in the English language and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
