Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality care to residents during the day shift.
• Assist with daily living activities, administer medications, and monitor patient health.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents.
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements :

• Current LPN license in New York State.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
