Overview Sales Rep - Red Bull - Kent, WA at Columbia Distributing Location: Kent, Washington; North Seattle, Washington; Shoreline, Washington. This role is responsible for advancing and securing Red Bull sales in the market, developing new business accounts, and supporting existing accounts through territory planning, selling, merchandising, and communicating achievements of company and supplier objectives. Key Responsibilities Execute against all sales and distribution goals by adhering to monthly, quarterly and annual business objectives and company initiatives Maximize distribution, displays and promotions for all new and existing products across all channels Ensure Red Bull Store Standards are followed in all accounts and channels Manage inventory expenses in accordance with company policy Track and monitor monthly Red Bull brand goals and objectives Collaborate with district manager to execute and track company and supplier goals, including volume, profit, distribution and promotional activity Effectively sell, rotate and merchandise the Columbia Distributing portfolio in all assigned accounts Develop knowledge of decision makers in each account Attend sales meetings, promotional events and company events/functions Maintain industry knowledge: Red Bull, beer, non-alcohol, food trends, market share, etc. Participate in store resets, representing the company professionally Provide exceptional customer service and follow-through while building rapport with assigned accounts Maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with colleagues and customers Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations Submit required reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys, MVPs, expense reports, mileage logs, etc. Monitor competitive activity and communicate strategies Conduct promotions in assigned accounts as required Ensure minimum visibility in assigned accounts is equal to or greater than the competition Complete all other tasks and projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree or High school diploma/GED required Minimum two (2) years of previous sales experience; beverage industry experience preferred (minimum one year) General knowledge of industry products Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent oral and written communication skills Bilingual preferred Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $44,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year + $1,000 Monthly + $1,500 Quarterly Bonus Opportunity Actual compensation packages are based on factors including skill set, experience, certifications, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and enrollment in the 401k plan. Work Environment & Travel This job operates in customer accounts, mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work. Local travel only. Expected Hours: Full-time; days/hours vary and may include weekends. Physical Demands: Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs; bend/stoop/crouch/squat; climb stairs/ladder; work indoors and outdoors; drive and operate equipment. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or High school diploma/GED; Minimum two (2) years of sales experience; Minimum one (1) year of beverage industry experience.
